Anna Petrini (b. 1978) is a Swedish recorder player, well-versed in both early music and contemporary repertoire.
Educated at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, she performs as a soloist and chamber musician both in Sweden and internationally.
Her debut CD, featuring music by Oscar Bianchi and Malin Bång among others, was nominated for a Grammis in 2013 and won the Nutida Sound prize for contemporary art music recording of the year in 2013. With a focus on developing the repertoire for the recorder, Anna Petrini dedicates a significant portion of her work to contemporary music projects.
In 2022 Anna received the prestigious Interpret Prize from the Royal Swedish Academy of Music.
