The idea behind Slapstick Moves came about like this:
I had been undergoing treatment for aggressive prostate cancer for a year. After two months of radiotherapy, the results showed no signs of any cancer remaining.
When I received the news, there were many tears of joy. I pictured myself doing a completely wild dance, shouting, “I’M WELL! I’M WELL! I’M WELL!”
The dance I imagined was utterly mad — mad in the most hilariously funny way.
Hence “SLAPSTICK” — and the dance itself: “MOVES”.
